  • cynnig croeso cynnes,
  • darparu gwybodaeth bwysig, a sgwrsio gydag ymwelwyr i’w helpu nhw i gael y mwyaf allan o’r profiad, fel dod o hyd i’w ffordd o gwmpas y warchodfa neu ddarganfod ble i weld bywyd gwyllt,
  • cynorthwyo digwyddiadau a gweithgareddau ar gyfer teuluoedd, plant a phobl sy’n caru natur,
  • siarad gydag ymwelwyr ynglŷn â gwaith yr RSPB,
  • helpu i gadw’r ardal groeso yn daclus, gyda thaflenni a bwrdd golygon wedi’u diweddaru.

Cewch hyfforddiant llawn ar gyfer y rôl hon ac mae’r rôl yn addas i bobl dros 18 oed, ond mae rhaid i chi gael sgiliau pobl a chyfathrebu da.

RSPB South Stack is a beautiful reserve where wildlife thrives, and visitors of all ages can enjoy a peaceful, nature rich landscape. We are looking for friendly volunteers to help us welcome visitors to this special place. As a Visitor Engagement Volunteer, you will

  • offer a warm welcome,
  • provide essential information, and chat with visitors to help them make the most of their day, whether that is finding their way around our reserve or discovering where to spot wildlife,
  • you will support events and activities for families, children, and nature lovers,
  • talk to visitors about the work of the RSPB, and
  • help keep the welcome area and facilities tidy, ensuring leaflets and sightings boards are up to date.

Full training is provided for this role, and the role is suitable for over 18s, but you do need to be a ‘people person’ and have good communication skills.
