RSPB Team Member (Home based Assemble Administration Assistant)

We are looking for volunteers to join our Assemble Team. Our volunteer management system, Assemble, is accessed by both Staff and Volunteers alike and, using it's built in Talk to us/Ask us/Tell us functionality, there are always "How do I/Where do I find?" etc email queries coming in seven days a week. This particular role, therefore, is to help us manage the Assemble Inbox, getting timely responses back to the Enquirers and encouraging and building their confidence in the use of the System.

The role is Home based and can be flexible around days of the week and times of the day. It requires some key general skills as below, previous use of Assemble would be an advantage, but please note that we will offer full training and induction into this particular area of the business.

• IT skills
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with different audiences, internal and external to the RSPB.
• Organisational skills.
