Specialist/Expert Volunteer (Communications & Content Volunteer)

We are looking for a volunteer with an interest and specialist skills in media, videography and communications to join our team in the Dark Peak of the Peak District National Park.

This role is all about helping the Dark Peak team tell our stories of how we're delivering for nature on the upland sites we manage. This could be anything from developing fun and interesting narratives for short films, filming our staff and volunteers out on site, or editing videos into their final form.

We are looking for people with the following skills and experience:

  • Videography and video editing skills
  • Experience of creating engaging communications content online
  • Motivated to use your skills and expertise to Save Nature.
  • IT skills, creating documents
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with different audiences, internal and external to the RSPB.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Own means of travel within the Peak District an advantage
