Volunteer Coordinator (Policy and Advocacy - Youth Campaigner role)

**Volunteer Coordinators undertake a wide range of tasks, including: **

  • Dealing with queries from potential new volunteers who get in touch.
  • Being the first point of contact for our existing volunteers and answering general queries.
  • Set up interviews with potential volunteers and assist with induction administration.
  • Managing volunteer applications
  • Keeping volunteer details up to date
  • Making sure training is up to date (or keeping track of personal development objectives for each).
  • Organising zoom calls
  • Booking inductions
  • Managing the monthly Youth Campaigner newsletter. (Through this, helping RSPB promote campaigns and actions to its youth campaigners).
  • Helping deliver in-person volunteering activities. (Optional).

You'll be trained in everything you need to know beforehand and we'll support you in your role every step of the way.
