Specialist/Expert Volunteer (MBTI Qualified Best-Fit Coach)

We are looking for MBTI Step 1-qualified volunteers who can support our work around MBTI. This would involve conducting MBTI Best Fit feedback sessions, and potentially supporting team development sessions using the MBTI tool. Delivery of both the feedback sessions and/or delivery of team development sessions are done online, via Microsoft Teams.

RSPB uses MBTI as our preferred psychometric tool, so you will contribute towards embedding the use of the tool across the organisation. You will need to hold a relevant MBTI qualification.

This is a great opportunity for you to practice and hone your previously applied professional skills.

Ongoing support is provided and full use of our internal resources on MBTI.
