RSPB Team Member (EDI Learning and Development Avisor)

The RSPB's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Learning and Development Manager is looking for two volunteers to help shape our EDI learning and development initiatives for staff. We are looking for people who can demonstrate experience in the design and delivery of training courses and the creation of engaging educational and content, with a passion for EDI.

What You’ll Do

As a volunteer, you’ll play an essential role in supporting EDI learning and development projects. Tasks may include:

• Supporting in the design and delivery of EDI centered training and educational content.
• Helping design and share surveys.
• Assisting with survey analysis to measure the impact of EDI learning and development offers.
• Keeping records organized in spreadsheets.
• Providing administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Attending meetings and contributing to follow-up actions.

What You’ll Need

Here are some general skills that will help you excel in this role:

Experience using Microsoft office

• Basic IT skills, such as creating documents and managing spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with a variety of audiences.
• Good organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
• Project Management skills.
