Visitor Engagement Volunteer (On Reserves) (Moth Event Leader, at RSPB Frampton)

We are looking for volunteers who can help lead our events here at Frampton Marsh and Freiston Shore. Specifically we are looking for someone with a knowledge of moths to co-lead our Bat and Moth Evenings, running between May and September. Potentially they could also lead the running of Moth Mornings, over the same period.

As the co-lead you will responsible for: Managing the list of pre-booked event participants, and potentially taking money from any walk-ups. Providing an enjoyable and inspirational experience to all participants. Running the event in a safe manner

Full training and support will be provide for this role but you do need to be a ‘people person’ and have good communication skills. You will also need reasonable knowledge of moths, and how to use moth traps.
