Visitor Engagement Volunteer (On Reserves) (Photography Event Leader at RSPB Frampton)

We are looking for volunteers with an interest and skills in photography to run a series of events at the reserve throughout the year. The aim of the events would be to improve the participants photography skills. Courses can be run partly on the reserve, and partly in the cosy visitor centre.

As event leader you would be responsible for:

Developing the course, with the aim to make it relevant to as many potential customers as possible. Managing the pre-booked participants list, and dealing with any walk-ups Leading the course, giving an enjoyable and informative experience Providing post-course notes to all participants

This is very much a face-to-face role, so good interpersonal skills are essential, as is a knowledge of cameras and modern photography.
